Language Training - Shanghai, China - Contracted

LTC Language Solutions is seeking a Mandarin Chinese instructor for face-to-face tutoring. We are a language service provider specializing in language and cultural training for relocating expats. We have one adult and one child student who are relocating to Shanghai, China and requested the following services:

  • Language: Mandarin Chinese
  • Location: Family's home near New Jiangwan City Park, Shanghai, China
  • Start Date: November 2026
  • Duration: Approximately 250 total instructional hours
  • Compensation: Negotiable

Adult Student

  • Current Level: Beginner
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Total Hours: 200
  • Learning Objectives: Develop practical Mandarin communication, build confidence, and prepare for the HSK 2 examination

Child Student

  • Current Level: Intermediate
  • Schedule: Saturdays, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Total Hours: 50
  • Learning Objectives: Expand conversational Chinese, Develop reading and writing skills using games, and age-appropriate lessons 

This is a freelance, independent contractor position.
