Language Training - West Monroe, LA - Contracted

LTC Language Solutions is seeking an English instructor for face-to-face tutoring. We are a language service provider specializing in language and cultural training for relocating expats. We have an adult student who has relocated to West Monroe, LA and requested the following services:
  • Language Class: English for one adult
  • Location: West Monroe, Louisiana 71292
  • Schedule: 2 classes per week, 90 minutes each, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Start: July 14, 2026
  • Duration: Up to 20 hours to start
  • Requirements: English speaker with 2+ years’ experience teaching adults
  • Compensation: negotiable
  • Curriculum: Based on student goals. If textbooks are needed, LTC will cover the cost. Teacher expected to supplement with authentic materials and activities. Focus should include basic everyday communication, improving understanding and participation in longer conversations, and developing independence in real-life situations such as shopping, appointments, healthcare interactions, and social conversations. Role-plays, listening practice, and pronunciation support are highly encouraged.

This is a freelance, independent contractor position.
