In-Person Japanese Instructor

Language Training - Yuba City, CA - Contracted

LTC Language Solutions is seeking a Japanese instructor for face-to-face intensive classes with one student. We are a language service provider specializing in language and cultural training for relocating expats. We have one adult student near Yuba City, CA, who is seeking the following services:

  • Language Class: Intensive Japanese lessons for one individual
  • Location: In or near Yuba City, CA (95901) at a public library or student's workplace
  • Schedule: Four days a week for 5 hours per day (total of 20 hours per week) for up to eight months.
  • Start: As soon as possible, based on instructor availability
  • Duration: 600-800 hours contracted
  • Requirements: Japanese speaker with experience teaching adult learners. The ideal instructor has experience teaching intensive one-on-one classes with beginners. 

Curriculum: Lessons should incorporate speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation practice. If textbooks are needed, LTC will cover the cost. The instructor is expected to supplement lessons with authentic materials and engaging activities.

This is a freelance, independent contractor position.
