SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS 

Reports to: Sales Director 

LOCATION  

This position will be based out of the Indianapolis area. Some travel will be required for this position.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

  1. Develop and maintain deep expertise in LTC’s full portfolio of language solutions, as well as a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends. 

  1. Proactively identify prospective and existing clients’ business challenges and pain points and strategically position LTC’s services as value-driven solutions to win new business and expand existing accounts. 

  1. Manage a portfolio of current client accounts, serving as a trust advisor by conducting regular check-ins, resolving issues, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention.  

  1. Drive new revenue growth by following up on all inbound and outbound lead generated through prospecting, calls, networking events, and marketing initiatives; establish client relationships and meetings, and leverage referrals and expanded stakeholder relationships.  

  1. Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within an assigned geographic territory, managing all aspects of the client lifecycle from initial outreach through close and ongoing account growth.  

  1. Utilize LTC systems, including Salesforce, to accurately maintain client and prospect data, create quotes and proposals, track opportunities, and support forecasting and pipeline management.  

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to all current and prospective client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on LTC services and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.  

  1. Analyze market and account growth opportunities through client calls, meetings, local outreach, and relationship-building with businesses, agencies and referral partners.  

  1. Support the broader sales team by assisting with sales meeting preparation, campaign research, list building, and coordination of trade shows and networking events.  

  1. Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of sales processes.  

  1. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals while maintaining excellent service standards.  

ADDITIONAL DUTIES  

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.  

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS  

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Business majors preferred.  

Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in sales role  

Competencies: 

  • Strong networking, prospecting, and business development capabilities. 

  • Strategic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively. 

  • Proven ability to communicate and build relationships across all client levels, from operational stakeholders to C-suite executives. 

  • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred. 

The employee may be required to work hours outside of normal business hours, including longer days and weekends. The employee must also be organized. Demonstrates excellent people skills including effective verbal and written communication. Must be able to effectively manage large amounts of client information.
